Saturday, September 08, 2007 Shuffle the Deck(s) POST A COMMENT Sometimes 'just throw it out when it's not working...case in point: 10 years -- (and $50 million) in hot air...FVA's plan to shuffle some "airspace in the NYC area" is said to cut delays by 20 percent. Hmmm, Sounds like a 50 million dollar band aid that will only slow down the bleeding...a little bit. But hey, 'An added bonus they claim that the "airspace will be cleaner and quieter" 'cause "planes will burn 23 million fewer gallons of fuel per year." it seems when you don't really need "green" showing up...it does.
