Books: Get Caught Stealing?

Thinking I like this new trend -- publishers posting free books to promote their new releases -- (okay, okay, they're the older titles of books...but hey, it's the entire book in PDF) -- and like fine wine, isn't it sometimes better aged...?

technically isn't it a new book if you've never heard of it?...'did I mention -- it's free!

Today's grabs happens to be one of my fav recent authors -- Charlie Huston's -- Caught Stealing, Six Bad Things, and A Dangerous Man are all available for downloading.

The catch? -- as the publisher's note says -- "So if you dig this novel like I think you will, you should know that there's more Charlie Huston to be had. His next novel, The Mystic Arts of Erasing all signs of Death, hits stores January 2009." -- good deal, pass it along kids.
