'New arguments among Scientists suggests the reason humans have bigger brains (then say other less brainy animals) has much-to-do with the fact that we smartly came out of the trees to go hunting on the coast finding a ready supply of DHA in fish.

Right now I'm sitting here sipping on a warm glass of green tea with some fresh lemon juice. I do want to stress that's more a lifestyle choice.

Dieting Tricks: ease into eating right!

non_diet_80_20_plan.jpg

Reading up on a new study that says being obese takes years off your life...for me?

'All about incorporating small changes into my daily diet, or what I called the no-diet plan. I always follow the common sense Don’ts -- like limiting the amount of bad foods in the house (less likely that you will eat those foods); another biggie is eating before going to social events (if you're not starving it's so much easier to control those bad habits).

Here's a list of helpful tips I've collected that might ease ya into making it a lifestyle change (add your own by leaving me a comment) --

Add Fiber
The body digests protein and fiber slowly, making you feel fuller longer. Try mixing high-fiber cereals into other foods, salads, chicken or my fav -- yogurt.

Use the '80:20'
Instead of starving yourself -- try eating healthy 80 percent of the time. That means you can "blow" one meal a week (if you have to).
